This application is, accordingly, disposed of W.P.(C) 66/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to release all the pensionary benefits, regularize the provisional pension to regular pension and if there is any difference of the provisional and regular pension, the arrears of the difference shall be released to petitioner with interest @ 10% P.A till the date of payment to petitioner.
Petitioner further seeks direction thereby directing the
respondents to release all terminal benefits including gratuity and other pensionary benefits available to petitioner in accordance with CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 and any other law time being enforced along with arrears forthwith interest @ 10% P.A till the date of payment to petitioner.
To this effect the petitioner made representation dated 9.10.2018 which is Annexure P-14 at page 112. However, till date no decision has been taken by the respondents.
Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and the submissions of the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to take decision on the representation dated 9.10.2018 within four weeks from the receipt of this order. In view of the above, petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
