The present Petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure and Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of the Charge Sheet dated 16.03.2023 filed in FIR No.

611/2022, under Sections 323/341/506/509 Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Dwarka, Delhi.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR on the ground that the Petitioner belongs to the weaker section of the Society and there is not an iota of allegation against the Petitioner and she has been falsely implicated in this case.
