The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 1/ NDMC to supply a copy of the Assessment Order dated 22nd August, 2025, on the basis of which Property Tax Bill dated 2nd September, 2025 has been raised.

Mr. Udit Dedhiya, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1/ NDMC, submits that a copy of the said order has already been handed over to the petitioner. However, the respondent no.1/NDMC is willing to hand over a copy of the said Order to the petitioner. 3.

Let the same be supplied through e-mail to counsel for the petitioner, during the course of the day.
