This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.A. 981/2002 2.

Ld. APP submits that the death of Sh. Shamshek Khan @ Chand has been verified. A status report dated 21st October, 2024 signed by SHO, P.S. Seelampur has been handed over in Court today. The status report is taken on record. As per the said report, the statements of the neighbours have been recorded in this regard.

The copy of the death certificate issued on 30th November, 2023 also shows the date of death is 27th November, 2023. 4.

In view of the above, the present Appeal stands abated. CRL.A. 968/2002 & CRL.A. 46/2003 5.
