The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to take action against the unauthorised construction raised by the respondent no.3 in the property bearing No. 4735, Gali Raziya Begum, Hauz Kazi, Delhi-110006.

The petitioner along with the petition has filed photographs to show the illegal and unauthorised construction in the subject property. 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD, submits that the aforesaid property has been booked for unauthorised construction as it is being carried out without any sanction W.P.(C) 2448/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. plan. He further submits that a work stop notice issued to the concerned SHO.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent no.1/MCD to take action in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.

The respondent/MCD and the SHO of the P.S. Hauz Kazi shall ensure that no further construction is carried out in the subject property. 7.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.

Needless to state, all rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier shall remain protected.
