% 26.02.2019 CM No. 9370/2019 (by petitioners for modification / correction of order dated 12th February, 2019) By way of this application petitioners / applicant seeks the following modification:- i.

In para 1 of the order dated 12th February, 2019, the name of the Company of which petitioners are Directors should be read as ADAB FUNSCAPES.PRIVATE LIMITED in stead of Realpro Estates Private Limited;

ii.

In para 3 of order dated 12th February, 2019, the word 'created‟ should be read as 'ceased‟ .

Taking note of the above, the order dated 12th February, 2019 is modified to the extent that the name of the Company in para 1 shall be read as ADAB FUNSCAPES.PRIVATE LIMITED and in para 3 the word „created‟ shall be read as „ceased‟.

The application stands disposed of.
