1. The Appellant in Crl.A.No.999/2002, Jagmohan @ Jaggan, has not given his complete address and, therefore, his whereabouts are unable to be verified. As far as Vikram @ Johanskar, the Appellant in Crl.A.65/2003, is concerned, the police officer informs the Court that Vikram's brother, Dhiraj Singh Chauhan, was informed of the listing of the present appeals on 5th April 2018 itself, despite which he has not bothered to appear. Crl.A.999/2002 and Crl.A.65/2003

2. Therefore, in these two appeals, the bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellants are cancelled and the appeals are dismissed. However, it is made clear that as soon as either of the Appellants surrenders or is arrested, the learned APP will mention the concerned appeal for listing and revival of hearing before this Court.
