1. Learned counsel for the Respondents has handed over a sanction order dated 16th September, 2019, providing the Petitioner with the Housing Rent Allowance (HRA) and the transport allowance. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the payment thereunder will be made to the Petitioner along with his next monthly salary.

2. In the event that the payment is not received by the Petitioner along with his next pay, it will be open to the Petitioner to apply for directions.

3. The petition is disposed of in above terms.

4. The next date i.e. 14th October, 2019, already fixed in the matter, stands cancelled.
