O R D E R

% 08.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. It is further submitted that complainant has alleged about use of sword by the petitioner in assaulting him. However, no sharp injury was sustained by the injured, which is evident from a perusal of the MLC. Injured had received only lacerated wounds which could have been caused by the use of a danda.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in the event of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting

Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
