% 05.02.2020 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that nonbailable warrants issued against the appellant vide order of 6th May, 2019 have been received back with the report that appellant has expired. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs the Court that appellant had expired on 14th June, 2013 and his death certificate dated 17th July, 2013 stands verified through SHO, Police Station Nand Nagri, Delhi and a report in this regard has been placed on record by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
