After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Revision Petition is listed before the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 17th instant. He submits that he would bring requisite facts to the knowledge of the above said Court.

In view of the above, at the moment, he does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that he may be granted permission to file contempt petition, in case, need so arises. 3.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
