The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a limited grievance viz. that complaint no. 139331/2019/vigilance-6 filed by the petitioner before the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) / respondent no. 1, and subsequent forwarding of the same by the CVC to the concerned Chief Vigilance Office (CVO) / respondent no.2 vide complaint no. 184123/2021, has notbeen decided.

Vide order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court, therespondent no.2 was directed to produce a copy of the order / inquiry report, whereby the complaint/s of the petitioner were disposed of. The same has been produced today. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the same contains information which is confidential in nature and hence cannot be provided to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, after some hearing, it is agreed that the respondent no.2 would address a communication to the petitioner / complainant clearly setting out the outcome of the complaint of the petitioner dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 12.09.2019.The action taken pursuant to the said complaint, if any, shall also be clearly disclosed in the said communication. 4.

Needless to say, all other rights and contentions of the petitioner interalia as regards supply of the copy of the inquiry report, are left open to be considered in appropriate proceedings.
