After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners/tenants submits that he does not press the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondents/landlords appears on advance notice and submits that he would have no objection if, during the course of arguments on application seeking leave to defend, the tenants make reference to the abovesaid judgments. 3.

The petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty to refer to said precedents at the time of making submissions with respect to their application(s) seeking leave to defend. 4.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
