1. It is stated by Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the decree holder that the entire amount has been received in lieu of the judgment/ decree dated 09.10.2019.

2. In this view of the matter, he does not press the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. Mr. Mehta, learned counsel further states that the two criminal cases filed by the decree holder shall be withdrawn before their next date of hearing.

4. The original papers of Mrs. Seema Aggarwal lying deposited in this Court will be released to the judgment debtor through counsel.
