At present, the first appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreed upon between the parties.

The said settlement agreement is drawn based on the settlement arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre, "SAMADHAN" and is duly executed and signed by the respective parties. 4.

Since a joint request is made that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the appeal in terms of the settlement agreement dated 13th April, 2026. 5.

The decree be drawn accordingly.

Since the appeal is not decided on merits, leave is granted to apply for a refund of Court fees in accordance with law.
