% 18.05.2018 The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No.54 of 2011 under Section 447/323/354/506/34 IPC, Police Station Sultanpuri, New Delhi.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in para 16 of the petition has not been correctly drafted, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the same.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
