1. The only prayer in the present petition is that a direction should be issued to the Land Acquisition Collector, Old Tax Terminal, Kapashera to refer the petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to the concerned Court.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court directs that the Petitioner will appear before the LAC on 22nd February 2019 at 3:30 PM with the relevant papers which should be legible and showing the diary No. to enable the LAC to trace out the record. After hearing the Petitioner herein, the LAC will pass the appropriate orders on the Petitioner's request in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
