Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by the order dated 20.09.2021, whereby one application moved by Mr. Abdul Gafoor seeking his impleadment has been allowed and he has been impleaded as defendant No.4.

Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the suit in question has already been withdrawn.

In view of the abovesaid subsequent development, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
