Pursuant to previous order dated 07th December, 2023, it is informed by counsel for respondent that a Review Petition was filed before the Registrar of Trademarks, assailing order passed by the Deputy Registrar of Trademarks on 25th June, 2018, noting the absence of the respondent in pursuing their trademark application, and therefore, deeming it as abandoned. 2.
It is informed that the order by the Registrar in Review Petition has been passed on 20th February, 2024, copy of which has been handed up in the Court. 3.
The Review Petition of the respondents has been dismissed. Result is that the trademark application of the respondents is confirmed as having been abandoned.

A copy of the said order dated 20th February, 2024 by the Registrar of Trademarks be placed on record by counsel for the appellant. 5.

in class 11, which has now been deemed to be abandoned, be placed on record by counsel for appellant.
