W.P.(C) 243/2017 & CM.APPL 1191/2017 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus against the respondent directing the NDMC to mutate the name of the petitioner in place of her deceased husband. Counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the petitioner was vending at the site opposite Shop No.1, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. He was granted protection in W.P.(C). 4436/2011 by an order dated 22.06.2011. Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition at this stage.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Leave granted to the petitioner to approach this Court in case of any grievance. CM.APPL 1191/2017 also stands disposed of.
