1. The report of the Medical Board , which examined the Petitioner pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 28th January, 2019 has been placed before the Court. The findings as far as the visual acuity is that the reading is 6/12 in both the eyes and it is not improving even with glasses. There is also a refraction beyond the permissible limits. The final opinion is "unfit for NDA (Army) with sub-standard vision both eyes and myopia beyond acceptable limits".

2. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
