This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a ) issue Writ (s) or order (s) in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ(s), order(s) and direction (s) according to the facts and circumstances of the case; or/and b) Decide the correctness/ incorrectness of the answer key in terms of said Question No(s). 79, 82, 88 & 109 bearing Question ID(s) numbers as 4324498 600, 4324498604, 4324 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

498526 & 4324498595 respectively of the Question Booklet for the subject History (Subject code-06) by exercising the jurisdiction/ power of judicial review; or/ and c) Constitute an expert body/ committee to submit a report qua the correctness/ incorrectness of the answer key in terms of said Question No (s). 79, 82, 88 & 109 bearing Question ID (s) numbers as 4324498600, 4324498604, 4324498526 & 4324498595 respectively of the Question Booklet for the subject History (Subject code- 06) ;

d ) Direct the Respondents to rectify the answer key and award marks to the Petitioner in terms of said Question No(s79 , 82, 88 & 109 bearing Question ID (s) numbers as 4324498600, 4324498604, 4324498526 & 4324498595 respectively of the Question Booklet for the subject History (Subject code- 06) , in terms of the decision of this Hon'ble Court with respect to prayer clause (b) & (c) of the instant Writ petition; or/and e) Direct the respondent to re-evaluate the examinees in ternls of the revised/ rectified answer key;" 2.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states, that the petitioner was a candidate for the exam in the subject of History bearing Code No. '06'.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel further states that the 4 questions i.e., Question Nos. 79, 82, 88 and 109 bearing Question ID (s) numbers as 4324498600, 4324498604, 4324498526 & 4324498595 have wrongly been marked and draws my attention to the supporting documents. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.2.

Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel for the respondent No.2, states that an Expert Committee has already been constituted, which is looking into the challenges raised in the present subject. 7.

For the said reasons, the Expert Committee formed by the respondent No.1 will treat the present petition as a representation, will consider the objections of the petitioner and pass a speaking order expeditiously and in any case not lather than 4 weeks from today. 8.

Needless to add that the petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate action thereafter.

With the said directions, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
