This application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 20th February, 2026. By the said order, the writ petition has been disposed of directing the respondent-MCD to inspect the subject properties and take action in accordance with law.

Pursuant to the said order, a show cause notice dated 30th March, 2026, has been issued for unauthorised construction in the subject properties bearing Nos.6198, 6198-A and 6198-B situated at Fatehpuri, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/respondents no.2 and 3 submits that the present petition was filed by gross concealment and the petitioner herself has carried out unauthorised construction. 4.

The order passed by this Court on 20th February, 2026 does not prejudice the private respondents in any manner. Hence, no grounds for recalling the said order are made out.

If the private respondents have a grievance against the unauthorised construction carried out by the petitioner, they will be free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
