1. Inspector Sandeep Sharma of PS Delhi Cantonment is present in Court. He states that when he checked the address given by the Appellant, it was found locked and no forwarding address has been left by the Appellant. In fact, the house has been demolished and a new building has been constructed.

2. In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed. The bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant pursuant to the order dated 7th January 2004 stand cancelled. The SHO concerned will take immediate steps to take the Appellant into custody and have him sent to jail.

3. Immediately after the Appellant is sent to jail, the learned APP will mention the appeal for revival of hearing.
