This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail, in case FIR No.904/2021 dated 10.11.2021 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 of IPC registered at PS: Alipur.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that investigation is ongoing and State will file Supplementary Charge Sheet.

In this view of the matter, at this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application, with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage.
