This application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the applicant Lekhraj @ Lekhu S/o Sagarmal for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.165/2020 dated 15.05.2020 under Section 379 IPC registered at PS: Narela. Subsequently, Sections 392/397/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act were added.

Status Report has been handed over in Court and is taken on record. 3.

Learned APP for the State states that the prosecution evidence has commenced and the material witness/complainant is to be examined by the Trial Court on 05.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application and approach the Court after the complainant's evidence is concluded. 5.
