The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 20.08.2018 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O. A. NO. 2427/2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into account the subsequent developments, including the disposal of W.P. (C) 3759/2010, the petition has now been rendered infructuous. 3.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
