Order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, „DRT-III‟) and Order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, „DRAT‟) in Misc. Appeal (EDRAT) No.2131/2025.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners would be adequately addressed if they are granted liberty to place on record before the learned DRT-III, Delhi, such additional documents as may be in their possession, demonstrating satisfaction of the whole or any part of the respondents‟ claim.

In view of the aforesaid submission, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file before the learned DRT-III, Delhi, by way of an affidavit, any additional documents in their possession evidencing satisfaction, whether in whole or in part, of the respondents‟ claim, within a period of two weeks from today.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition along with pending application(s) stands disposed of as withdrawn.
