FIR in question i.e. FIR No. 208/2025 was registered on 11.05.2025 on the basis of complaint made by a transgender person (name withheld). 2.
Such transgender person, who used to work as a sex-worker, had an altercation with one client and when she asked for return of the money, some heated arguments took place with said client i.e. Sonu. Thereafter, Sonu returned with three more persons and attacked complainant with sticks and iron rods with the intention to kill her. Other companions of the complainant were also assaulted. Complainant was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital and from there she was referred to Max Hospital, Saket for further treatment. 3.
Applicant was arrested on 13.05.2025 and is in custody since then. 4.

bare allegations, applicant is not the one who had assaulted the complainant or her companions. According to the suspicion expressed by the complainant, the assault was at the instance of Nikki @ Nikhil Gupta @ Niharika known as Guru and her friend i.e. Moni @ Maggi @ Moni Ray known as Guru Bhai and, therefore, they were arrested. 5.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that relevant CDR details would also indicate that they both were in touch with the others who had inflicted injuries.

Learned counsel for complainant is present and opposes the bail application and submits that if applicant is released on bail, she would try to threaten and intimidate the complainant and moreover, the applicant, being mastermind, should not be released on bail.

Fact, however, remains that trial has already commenced and complainant has entered into witness-box and has already been cross-examined by the present applicant, albeit, she has to be further cross-examined by other accused persons.

Nominal Roll of the applicant has been requisitioned and according to the same, applicant is 27 years of age and the jail conduct is found to be satisfactory.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, young age of the applicant, the period of incarceration and the fact that applicant has already cross-examined the complainant, applicant is admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate with the following conditions:- BAIL APPLN. 773/2026 2 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
(i) The applicant shall not leave the National Capital Region of Delhi, without prior permission of learned Trial Court. (ii) The applicant shall not try to contact complainant and influence any witness, directly or indirectly.
(iii) Applicant shall provide Mobile Number to the concerned SHO/IO and shall ensure that such Mobile Number remains active and operational, till the trial is over.

The application stands allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 10.
Other pending application also stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 11.
