Since, 14.04.2025 was declared a Court holiday on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, the matters listed on 14.04.2025 are being taken up for hearing today, i.e. on 15.04.2025.

The present suit is listed today on account of an 'Office Note' dated 19.03.2025 since, even though the amount of Rs.5,00,00/- deposited as cost before this Court in terms of the order dated 05.09.2024, has been released to the plaintiff, however, the interest of Rs.39,650/- accrued thereon has not been released since there was no specific order qua the same.

At the time of passing the order qua that, learned counsel for the plaintiff fairly submits that the plaintiff has no objection if the aforesaid amount of Rs.39,650/- is released in the name of the Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers Social Security and Welfare Fund [A/C 155530100009730; IFSC UCBA0001553] within a period of one week. Accordingly, in view thereof the 'Office Note' is discharged and the Registry is directed to release the aforesaid sum of Rs.39,650/- in the name of the Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers Social Security and Welfare Fund, as above.
