CM(M) 14/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner partially assails the impugned order dated 24.01.2018 of the Court of the learned ADJ, West in CS No.611244/16 vide which an application under Order VIII Rule 1 of the CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking that the written statement of the defendant nos. 6 to 9 be not considered by the Court, - was declined.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner however, seeks to submit that an appropriate application seeking the review of the said impugned order is sought to be filed before the learned Trial Court and the petition is thus sought to be withdrawn seeking such

liberty to file the same.

The present petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
