Principal Judge, Family Courts, West District Courts, Delhi in HMA No.622/2025. As such, since the dispute inter se the parties have been settled in the aforesaid terms, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), is dismissed as withdrawn.
