It seems that on account of belated filing, the same is still not on record. However, during the course of consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner has shown the copy thereof and the same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the abovesaid report, she would advise the petitioner to take appropriate alternate remedy as available under law and, therefore, she does not press the present petition at this juncture.
