Learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) for State, who is assisted by IO concerned, submits that the delay is primarily for the reason that despite issuance of notices to both the sides, the original documents were not provided. He, however, submits that since earlier also, there was a direction to conclude the investigation in a time bound manner, it will be ensured that investigation is wrapped-up and concluded within 12 weeks from today. 2.

Such statement and assurance of the concerned IO, who is present in person, is taken on record.

In view of the above, at the present moment, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. apprehends that these might not be misused by the investigating agency. Fact remains, such apprehension seems to be unfounded. 4.
