The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "a) initiate contempt of Court proceedings against. the contemnors /respondents herein by flouting/disobeying the order/ directions dated 20.04.2023 in W.P. No.4986/2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law;

b) Award the cost of this contempt petition to the petitioner; Pass any such orders or direction as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case."
