"a. Allow the present petition;
b. Quash the FIR NO. 182 of 2017, PS Geeta Colony, Delhi; OR Remove the name of the present Petitioner from the said FIR; c. Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice."

Learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that chargesheet in the present case has been filed and the matter is pending at the stage of consideration on point of charge. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial at the stage of consideration on point of charge.
