Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement and have also been granted divorce. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remaining amount of Rs.2,00,000/- would be paid at the time of quashing of FIR. She submits that the parties have no objection for withdrawal of the present petition, however, the respondent also has to take steps for withdrawing the proceedings filed before the district courts. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent undertakes to fulfill her obligations under the settlement agreement dated 02.05.2024 arrived at before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi. The undertaking is accepted and taken on record. The Respondent is made bound by the same.
