Learned APP accepts notice and seeks time to file status report.

On petitioner taking steps notice be issued to respondent no.2 returnable for 13th February, 2019. In the meanwhile, status report be filed by the State.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has offered to deposit `3.75 lacs which is stated to had been deposited by the complainant in the

account of the company through debit card, of which petitioner is one of the directors.

Till next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.
