% 09.01.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the undated show cause notice filed at page-54 of the paper book by which the respondent has called upon the petitioner to produce original documents with respect to Khokha running at C-9, Vasantkunj, Gate no.5. Mr. Mishra, counsel for the petitioner submits that the relevant documents have been produced and a representation dated 07.01.2019 has been made to the respondent. Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that representation of the petitioner would be considered within two weeks and for another period of two weeks, no coercive action would be taken, in case, the representation is rejected.

With these directions, the writ petition alongwith CM APPL 752/2019 stands disposed of.
