CM(M) 20/2019 Initial submissions made on behalf of the petitioner. Inter alia reliance is placed on behalf of the petitioner on the proceedings dated 22.11.2018 in CM(M)1360/18 submitting to the effect that in facts pari materia to the instant case, notice of the petition has been ordered therein in which the respondent as herein had been allowed to file the written statement despite a delay of 1250 days with costs as imposed therein.

Notice of the petition and the accompanying application be
