Learned counsel for applicant, in all fairness, admits that earlier he had prayed for regular bail before this Court and his such application was dismissed and feeling aggrieved, he had filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court which was also dismissed as withdrawn on 22.08.2025.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file later at a subsequent stage. 3.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.
All right and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
