Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that during the pendency of the petition, the arbitrator (Mr. Raghvendra Mohan Bajaj, Advocate Mobile No.8860240747) has been appointed and the pleadings before the arbitrator are complete and the matter is now fixed before the arbitrator for 21.05.2026.

On joint request of the learned counsel for the parties, the present application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'Act') is converted into an application under Section 17 of the Act.

Let the arbitrator decide this matter in accordance with law and till then the interim arrangement shall continue.
