Constitution, for the following reliefs:

"Pass an order thereby issuing a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate thereby setting aside and quashing of LOC or any restrictions (whatsoever in the nature thereof) imposed against the Petitioner that restricts him from travelling abroad, in regards to bank loan bearing A/c No. 3985261000008 (cash credit) and A/c No. 3985766000001 (term loan) dated 29.06.2013 availed by M/s. Maruti Nandan Food Products Pvt. Ltd. And subsequent FIR No. RC0232023A0010 dated 22.11.2023 U/s 120B/420 of IPC, registered at PS CBI, ACB-Patna; and ii. Pass an order or any further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate, in the interest of justice to the Petitioner." 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents, who appear on advance notice, raise a preliminary objection as to the territorial jurisdiction of this Court in the present matter. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Ashok K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate High Court, for the same reliefs. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, alongwith pending applications, with the aforesaid liberty.

The next date of hearing, i.e. 23.03.2026, stands cancelled.
