By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue appropriate Orders and necessary directions to the Court of Ms. Naina Gupta, ACJ-Cum-CCJ-Cum-ARC, Saket District Courts, South-East District, who was previously posted as Ld. MM-01 (Mahila Court), Dwarka District Courts, South West District, New Delhi for pronouncing the Order reserved on 21.11.2023 in compliance of Note 2 of order dated 14.12.2023 bearing no. 49/DHC/Gaz/G-797/VI.E.2(a)/2023 of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi; and/or b) Issue appropriate Orders and necessary directions to the Court of Ms. Naina Gupta, ACJ-Cum-CCJ- Cum-ARC, Saket District Courts, South-East District, who was previously posted as Ld.

MM-01 (Mahila Court), Dwarka District Courts, South West District, New Delhi to conduct expeditious and speedy disposal of application under PWDV act in case The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was initially heard on interim maintenance on 21.11.2023 whereafter it was renotified on 16.12.2023. On 16.12.2023 the matter has been directed to be listed on 12.01.2024.

A perusal of the aforesaid orders shows that though the arguments were heard on behalf of the complainant/petitioner, the respondents are yet to argue. Even cost of Rs.1,000/- has been imposed on the respondents. 4.

Considering the fact that the matter pertains to the year 2018, the learned M.M. shall make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings on interim maintenance at the earliest.

Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions alongwith miscellaneous application.
