% 04.03.2024 After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in law to challenge the order on charge. Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all contentions raised in the present petition are left open to be taken by the Petitioner, as and when he takes recourse to appropriate remedies.
