The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 13.02.2024 passed by the Ld. ASJ-05, Patiala House Court, New Delhi granting bail to the respondents namely Shubham Bansal @ Kali and Mohit Verma @ Custom.

Ld. APP appearing for the State submits that the bail order was passed by the Ld. Sessions Court while considering the challenge to the remand order dated 02.02.2024 passed by the Ld. MM and while passing the said order, Ld. Sessions Court made some sweeping remarks against the Investigating Agency in para no. 33 of the order and in the subsequent para, directed the Investigating Officer and the DCP seeking their explanation. 3.

police has filed the chargesheet and the Ld. Trial Court granted regular bail to the respondents and such order has not been challenged. According to him in view of the change of circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous. However, he has made request that comments made by the Ld. Sessions Court in para no. 33 may be expunged and the notices ordered to be issued to the Investigating Officer and the DCP may be dropped. 4.
Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in case the remarks be expunged and the notices issued against the Investigation Officer and Concerned DCP be dropped.

In view of the Court, the sweeping remarks against the Investigating Agency were not desirable and were totally uncalled for. Accordingly, the remarks are expunged and the subsequent notices issued against the Investigating Officer and the DCP concerned are dropped. 6.
Since respondents have already been granted regular bail by the Court, the present petition challenging the grant of bail vide impugned order dated 13.02.2024 has become infructuous. No further orders are required to be passed.
