This Petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking appointment of Receiver for properties/assets of Respondent No.1/firm. Vide Order dated 16.02.2024, a Receiver was appointed whereby the Receiver was asked to file a detailed report. The Petitioner has now approached this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes which have arisen between the parties under the Partnership Deed dated 30.07.1984. 2.

Let a copy of the Receiver's report be supplied to both the sides. 3.

Respondent is directed to take instructions on the same. 4.
