% 23.09.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court. Learned counsel submits that some directions may be passed for expeditious disposal of the maintenance petition before the learned Trial Court as the petitioner is facing great hardship.
In view of the submissions made, the petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Learned trial court is requested to dispose of the maintenance petition which is pertaining to the year 2020 within a period of six months.
