1. On the instructions of Sub-inspector Vishal Tiwari of PS Ambedkar Nagar, learned APP states that when the police went to the address of the Appellant, they found that he had left that place without leaving any forwarding address. None is appearing for the Appellant.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. The bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant pursuant to the order dated 13th January 2005 passed by this Court stand cancelled. The Appellant will be taken into custody. Immediately thereafter, a mention be made by the APP before this Court for revival of hearing of the appeal.
