Only because writ petition is not being pressed, I am not taking action against the Advocate who has filed his personal affidavit in spite of the order dated 2.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11364/2016 titled as A.K. Srivastava & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Anr. It is seen that the petitioners are seeking employments with the East Delhi Municipal Corporation and which is in the list of institutions disputes of which with its W.P.(C) No.318/2017

existing employees or prospective employees are to be decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn, as prayed, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the CAT, and if there are any issues of public interest, then, qua those limited reliefs, initiate proceedings as a Public Interest Litigation petition. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
